Why not just hire a full-time designer?
Great question! To start, the annual salary of a full-time senior-level designer now surpasses $100,000, including incentives (good luck finding one). Additionally, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy, leaving you stuck paying for unutilized time.
With the monthly plans we provide, you can pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring you only pay when there’s work available.

Agencies are typically more expensive than other options. Also, communication and collaboration can be complex due to various stakeholders and decision-making layers leading to divided attention and longer response times.
Is it actually an unlimited number of designs I can request?
Yes, absolutely. Once subscribed, you will be able to add an unlimited number of design tasks to your Trello board, which will be processed one at a time based on your priorities.
If we don’t get it right the first time, then no sweat. Revisions are unlimited, too.
In what time frame will I receive my designs?
Most requests are completed in two business days or less. However, more complex requests may take longer to complete.

How does the pause feature work?
We understand that you may not have enough design work to cover the entire month. Perhaps you currently only have one or two design requests. This is where pause your subscription comes in handy.
Billing cycles are based on 31-day periods. Assume you sign up, use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused, and you will have 10 days of service to use at any time.
You can manage your subscriptions here, or simply notify us, and we will gladly pause your subscription. When you’re ready to resume, we’ll be waiting for you with the same enthusiasm. Your satisfaction is our top priority, regardless of the path you choose.
Are there any contracts?
There are no contracts here – we like to keep things simple and hassle-free.

Is there any design work that you do not cover?
Pixel Harmony’s unlimited services are ultra-powerful, but there are certain creative projects that should be left to specialists or in-house teams. In the interest of productivity and commitment to quality, we do NOT support the following types of requests:
- Extremely complex or fine art illustrations
- Fillable or interactive PDF documents
- Complex photo manipulation
- Digital painting and game assets
- 3D/CAD projects
- HTML, CSS design
- Complex packaging
- Extensive print design
- Animated graphics (GIFS, etc.)
- Programming, coding, or development
- File formats outside of our supported file types
- Trademarked names, brands, or quotes
- Content writing or manual typing (typing text from images, coming up with titles for ads, doing research for copy, etc.)
How do we communicate?
Communication is essential in our design relationship! To keep things organized and transparent, we’ve setup a Trello board where you can add design tasks and track their progress. We’ll submit our designs to the board, and you can provide feedback and prioritize the design tasks as needed.
How can I request designs?
Pixel Harmony provides a great deal of flexibility in how you request designs through Trello. Clients often request designs directly through Trello, by sharing Google Docs or wireframes, or by recording a brief Loom video. Basically, anything that can be linked or shared in Trello is fair game.
What happens if I only have one design request?
Don’t worry! If you only have one design request, you can pause your subscription once it is complete. There is no reason to waste any unused time. If you have additional design needs, you can easily unpause your subscription. We’re flexible and ready to help you, regardless of the size of your project.
What is an active request?
Any request that is currently in progress is considered active. Because most designs will require revisions, a request is considered active until all revisions are complete and you have given final approval. The Standard package will have only one active request at any given time.
You can maximize your outcome by keeping your queue nice and full, upgrade the pro plan for two active requests or choose to have more than one subscription to increase your design output.
What if I don't like the design?
Don’t worry! We will continue to revise the design until you are completely satisfied.

You’ll work directly with experienced designers to ensure top-notch quality and speedy responses.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Due to the high-quality nature of the work, no refunds will be issued. However, we’ve created the trial plan for you to experience our service for 7 days.
